Our office cleaning service is available as Half Day (4 Hours) and Full Day (8 Hours). Within the chosen service duration, the cleaning details you want to be performed in your office are carried out by the cleaning staff. To ensure that your office cleaning results in the way you want, you can leave a note to your cleaning personnel by writing down the specific tasks and requests in your order notes.
ما الذي لا يشمله تنظيف المكاتب؟
Cleaning is not valid for areas outside the square meters included in the common areas or areas outside the service area you receive. For such areas dependent on shared space usage or areas outside the cleaning area, you can create a separate order.
Post-construction office cleaning, garden, garage, steam cleaning, areas with accumulated trash or excessive amounts of pet waste, moving items weighing over 12kg, pest control, deep stain removal, upholstery and carpet cleaning, and cleaning of walls, ceilings, and areas with limited access are not included in the service.
هل يتم تنظيف النوافذ من الخارج؟
External window cleaning is not performed for offices or workplaces located on very high floors (skyscrapers). Cleaning staff only perform wiping operations for areas accessible from the inside on floors with heights that could endanger personnel.
هل الطعام مشمول في الخدمة؟
In our half-day office cleaning service, the staff's meal is included. However, in our full-day office cleaning service, a meal is requested.
ماذا يحدث إذا لم نكن راضين عن عامل التنظيف؟
The satisfaction of our users and cleaning staff is highly valuable to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the cleaning personnel, we will assign a different staff member for your next cleaning.
If there is any dissatisfaction during the service or if you wish to provide feedback, you can call us before the service is completed to inform us. You can be sure that by providing information to the personnel providing the service, we will change the course of your service.
كيف يمكننا الحصول على الخدمة بانتظام؟
When placing your office cleaning order, you can choose how frequently you want your service to be renewed. For example, if you choose intervals such as every 2 weeks or weekly, your order will be automatically renewed accordingly.
متى يمكنني إلغاء طلبي؟
You can cancel your office cleaning appointment at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours in advance, a fee of 30 TL will be deducted.
هل يمكننا الدفع نقداً؟
For your convenience and security, we only provide service with online payment. You can securely make payments with debit cards, credit cards, and virtual cards from all banks.
